Overture Travel Co designs custom travel experiences and acts as an agent between you and travel suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, and activity providers). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party suppliers.

2. Payments

Any planning fee will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to beginning the design of your trip. Additional costs such as deposits, balances, and payment terms will vary by trip and supplier and will be outlined in your proposal or booking documents.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of each travel supplier. We will advise you of these terms prior to booking. Any fees for our planning services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

4. Changes

Changes to bookings may result in additional fees and are subject to the availability and terms of the suppliers. We will do our best to accommodate requested changes and communicate any associated costs.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Overture Travel Co is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of acts of God, force majeure, delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances. Your sole recourse is with the supplier.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all content on our website and in our proposals is accurate, but we do not warrant that information is complete, current, or error-free. Availability and pricing are subject to change.

8. Intellectual Property
